When I was in my 20's and 30's I spent a decade travelling. I held cooking classes in my tiny apartment in Valencia when I lived in Spain, and in some of the Manor houses I cooked at in Scotland, and it is something I really enjoy. Get in touch if you're interested in workshops as I'd love to know what you'd like to learn to cook! I create bespoke classes tailored to your needs.  Whether it's a long lunch with friends, a dinner party or catering your next big event at your own place. Outdoor camp/fire cooking and "survival cooking" for teenagers leaving home...
